We have expanded our plant to incorporate a new top of the line Swiss made Spiro Tubemaker for the manufacturing and supply of spirally bound tube duct. Commonly known as Spiroloc.

Spiroloc Machine

Our machine is state of the art featuring Swiss precision and build quality.
Diameters from 100mm – 1400mm
Independently pressure tested watertight and airtight to 2000 pascal (test results available)
Four ply lock seam system/acme seam
Standard run lengths are 3 meters or 6 metres but as the system is a continuous supply coil, any length is possible
Ducting gauges available are from .45mm thickness to 1.15mm thickness galvanised or stainless steel

Self Aligning Bends

Twin Lakes can also be your manufacturer for self aligning bends for spiroloc or standard duct. Self aligning bends are a jointed solution where each joint can be independently manipulated or twisted through 90 degrees for ease of installation. These can be easily sealed using duct seal once in position and are suitable for all low pressure systems.
